foundfood is a collaboration between two Colorado chefs looking to bring a new dining experience to the southwest region.  After years of training, traveling, apprenticeships, and interim positions they randomly crossed paths first in New York and again upon returning to Colorado.  Now that they are here, both intend to navigate and elevate the food of their hometown region.
Using the palate of seasonal, native, locally grown and foraged ingredients, foundfood embodies the idea that great food is all around us, all you have to do is look for it.  So that was what Marcos and Owen did; they sought out ranchers, farmers, foragers, hunters, and gardeners who harvest the essence of the area and now present it to you via limited engagements either in your dining room or public space.  Check the events board for upcoming foundfood dinners and see what will happen next…
